The following visa categories are eligible for premium processing: E-1, E-2, H-1B, H-2B, H-3, L-1, O-1, O-2, P-1, P-2, P-3, TN, Q-1, and I-140. The cost to expedite is $1,000 and ensures a response within ten days plus e-mail responsiveness.
